A common point of confusion among first home buyers is not knowing when to speak to a lawyer. It can be hard to know where in the timeline your lawyer will come in, so we recommend engaging with a lawyer as soon as possible. This way, we can answer any questions or point you in the direction of someone who can. It is always better to engage your lawyer before signing a sale and purchase agreement.
