Tina brings extensive experience working with Māori landowners, trustees, whānau and Māori organisations across a wide range of legal matters.
Drawing on both legal and practical experience, Tina advises clients on Māori land law, estate planning and administration, including wills, enduring powers of attorney, probate and administration applications, property law, trusts, and succession matters. She regularly appears in the Māori Land Court and is committed to providing clear, practical advice tailored to her clients' individual circumstances.
Tina holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from Massey University, together with a Postgraduate Diploma in Māori and Pacific Development and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Waikato.
Outside of her legal practice, Tina is a busy mother of two who enjoys spending time with her whānau and values the opportunity to live and work in the Bay of Plenty.
