Tina Boynton |
Senior Law Clerk
Tina is of Ngāti Awa, Te Whakatōhea and Tūhoe descent. She is passionate about Māori land development for the benefit of its owners and has a vast range of experience working in the Māori land space.
Tina graduated from Massey University with a Bachelor of Business Studies and later added a PGDip in Māori and Pacific Development. She is now studying towards her LLB through the University of Waikato to further support her work in Māori land and other areas of law.
Tina enjoys being part of the Hamertons team and is involved in all aspects of Māori land matters, regularly appearing in the Māori Land Court.
She is a mother of two and has worked alongside her husband, local artist Jamie Boynton, in a creative business partnership for many years. Away from the office, Tina enjoys spending time with her whanau living in her ancestral homelands of Mataatua in the Eastern Bay of Plenty.
