Originally from Rotorua (Te Arawa), Danielle completed her Bachelor of Laws through Waikato University and was admitted in the Rotorua High Court as a Barrister and Solicitor in 2022.
Danielle joined the Hamertons team in October 2022, working full time in our Whakatane office with our general Litigation Team assisting Steve Franklin and Lisa Ebbers.
Having specialised in Family Law during her studies, and now working primarily in the Criminal Court she enjoys learning and takes on everything that comes her way, working to achieve a fair and just result for her clients.
Danielle is dedicated to assisting the underdog and helping people to access justice. She is passionate about Criminal Law, Family Law and assisting employees in workplace disputes.
Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending time with her four legged baby, German Shepherd, Max and with her husband. She can often be found walking the Rotorua lakes, or in the Redwoods (with Max of course).
