Richa is an enthusiastic overseas qualified lawyer who moved to New Zealand in 2019 to pursue her career in law. She completed her Master’s degree in law at the University of Waikato. Richa has also completed her Honors in Economics from Delhi University (India) and has a Diploma in software engineering (on scholarship) (India). She was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2024.
Richa worked for a few years as a legal executive in a law firm in Auckland and then she decided to move to Whakatane with her husband to be near to their family.
Richa joined Hamertons to continue her legal career. Outside work she likes to do outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling in the Redwood Forest, beach walks with her husband and spending time on video call with her family living overseas.
