The packages below are designed to provide cost certainty, while recognising that additional entities and parties materially increase preparation and complexity.

- Post-mediation confirmation of outcome (for example, a record or written summary of settlement terms, if resolution is reached)
Option 1: Standard Mediation – Relationship Property / Estate / Trust
Suitable for disputes involving:
$6,500.00 + GST
Venue & Travel:
Suitable for disputes involving:
- relationship property, estate, and/or trust issues;
- up to three parties; and
- up to two additional entities, such as one or two trusts and/or companies.
$6,500.00 + GST
Venue & Travel:
- Whakatāne: venue available at no additional cost. All other areas, venue will be charged at actual cost
- Bay of Plenty: no travel fee
- Auckland: $750 flat rate travel
- Gisborne and Waikato: $300 flat rate travel
- Other locations: by negotiation
Option 2: Complex Structure or Multi-Party Mediation
Suitable for disputes involving:
$7,900.00 + GST and disbursements (per day)
This option reflects the increased preparation, coordination, and management required where multiple entities, overlapping duties, or a broader group of interested parties are involved.
Venue & Travel:
The same venue and travel terms as Option 1 apply.
Suitable for disputes involving:
- three or more additional entities, including multiple trusts and/or companies; and/or
- four or more parties, including beneficiaries, trustees, executors, directors, or related entities.
$7,900.00 + GST and disbursements (per day)
This option reflects the increased preparation, coordination, and management required where multiple entities, overlapping duties, or a broader group of interested parties are involved.
Venue & Travel:
The same venue and travel terms as Option 1 apply.
Important Information
- Each package covers one full day of mediation (up to 9 hours).
- If further mediation time is required, this can be discussed and agreed separately.
- We act as mediator only and do not provide legal advice to any party during the mediation.
- The mediation fee includes attendance at mediation and, where agreement is reached, preparation of a record or summary of settlement outcomes.
- Drafting of any formal settlement documentation outside the mediation process (including relationship property agreements, trust documentation, or estate distribution documents) is not included and will be quoted separately if required
