- Your income before tax
- The value of your assets (e.g. house, car)
- Number of financially dependent children
- Your partner’s financial situation (if applicable)
- Speak with a Legal Aid-approved lawyer who will help you complete the application.
- You’ll need to provide details about your income, savings, debts, and dependents.
JustFund
A Smarter, Flexible Way to Fund Your Family Law Matter
